Mount Martha

A collaborative process with both the architects and owners, what’s special about this build is the use of materials. The home features heated polished concrete flooring and timber to compliment the beach location.

The 4 bedroom home also has 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms and a pool. The considered build also ensured the home was private while also inviting plenty of light in the design.

Brighton East

Although initially intending to build one house, the owners consulted with Bellis Melbourne and opted for developing two townhouses on their property. In choosing this option, they were able to build a new family home and sell other property to decrease their mortgage.

The two townhouses feature 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, plenty of storage and a bright modern design.

Brighton

This project was a collaborative joint venture with an architect to build an executive home to sell. The open design includes 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas and 3 bathrooms. Floor to ceiling windows and 3-metre-high ceilings allowing the design to feel spacious and welcoming. A noteworthy touch was the custom-made fireplace which modernised the design of the living area.

Glen Iris

This design exceeded the expectations of the client without exceeding their budget. This is evident through the bathroom design, which looks modern and high-end but uses cost effective and long-wearing materials. The Townhouses also features operable Luvres on the front windows privacy and a modern feel.
